You can pause, skip a delivery, or cancel your subscription at any time through your online account dashboard. The process is simple and immediate.

To ensure you are not charged for your next delivery, please make any changes, including cancellation, before your next scheduled billing date.

If you choose to cancel after receiving your Welcome Kit, you have the right to return it within 14 days for a full refund, provided the kit is unused and all seals on the gum pouches are intact. For more details, please see our full Return and Refund Policy.
