We are confident you will love the Chuddee experience. However, if you have second thoughts, our return policy is straightforward and designed to be fair.
Your Right to Return the Welcome Kit
In line with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a 14-day "cooling-off period" to return your Welcome Kit. This period begins on the day you receive your delivery.
To be eligible for a full refund, the Welcome Kit must be returned to us complete, in its original packaging, and in an unused condition. This includes the reusable MK1 Metal Carry Case and Rosewood Disposal Case.
- Hygiene Seal: For health and safety reasons, we can only accept returns on gum pouches where the seal is fully intact. If the pouch has been opened, we cannot offer a refund for that item.
Returns for Refill Kits
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns on Refill Kits.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
Your experience is our priority. If any item in your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately at chew@chuddee.co.uk with a photo of the issue, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
How to Initiate a Return
- Please contact our team at chew@chuddee.co.uk within the 14-day period to let us know you wish to make a return.
- We will provide you with the return address and instructions.
- You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is faulty. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email and process your refund to the original payment method.
